Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No retention dark patterns, no calls to confirm.

Your trained personal models are frozen, not deleted. If you resubscribe within 90 days, they're reactivated automatically with their original trigger words. After 90 days they're permanently removed and you would need to retrain to use them again.

Yes. Email us within 14 days of subscribing and we refund the full month, no questions asked. After 14 days the refund is prorated for unused time. Either way, contact info@renza.ai.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated (you pay the difference for the remaining days). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period to avoid mid-month confusion. Your trained models survive both moves.

Each plan gives you a monthly credit allowance: Basic 200, Popular 1000, Pro 5000. Most images cost 1-3 credits, videos cost 5-25 credits, and a 20-photo pack runs ~60 credits. Credits reset on your billing date.

No, credits reset on each billing cycle. We did this intentionally to keep the math simple and the pricing aligned with real usage. If you consistently leave many credits unused, downgrade. If you run out mid-month, upgrade or wait for the reset.

On Basic ($9.99, 200 cr): around 70 standard images or 40 with Nano Banana 2, or 3-4 full photo packs, or one Mega Pack plus extras. On Popular ($29.99, 1000 cr): around 333 standard images or ~16 photo packs. On Pro ($99.99, 5000 cr): around 1,666 images, basically uncapped for individual users.

One image is 1-5 credits depending on the model. One video (any duration) is 5-25 credits depending on the model and length. A photo pack that runs 20 prompts at once is 20-60 credits depending on the model used per generation.

Yes. New accounts get 3 free credits at signup, enough to test the studio with Flux Dev. To train a personal AI model and run packs you need a paid plan. We refund the first month if you decide it is not for you.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfer for European customers. Payments are processed by Polar, a regulated Merchant of Record, so they handle the card details and we never see them.

Yes. Polar is a regulated Merchant of Record, PCI DSS compliant, and the only party that ever sees your card details. Renza only receives a customer ID and subscription status from them. If a card is compromised, contact Polar directly through your receipt email.

Not yet on this pricing page. If you need 5+ seats for a team, we set up custom plans manually with consolidated billing and shared model libraries. Email info@renza.ai with your headcount and use case.

Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current price for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If we raise prices, only new sign-ups pay the new rate. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you pay the then-current rate.

Polar collects VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your billing address where required by law. The displayed price ($9.99/$29.99/$99.99) is the base; tax is added at checkout. For VAT invoices with company details, email info@renza.ai with your purchase confirmation and the company info to include.
