Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data renza collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We try to be honest about this. If anything is unclear, email info@nicomelian.com and we'll explain.

1. What we collect

When you use renza we collect:

• Account info: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Generation data: the prompts you submit, the styles you pick, and the resulting images.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We see the amount, currency, and purchased pack. We never see your card number or full billing details.
• Usage data: which pages you visit and which features you use, via Google Analytics and basic server logs. Used in aggregate to improve the product.
• Technical data: your IP address (used to prevent abuse), browser type, and device type.

2. How we use it

• Run the service: accept your prompts, generate images, deliver them to you, deduct credits.
• Authenticate you: keep you signed in, send magic-link sign-in emails.
• Process payments and apply purchased credits to your account.
• Send transactional emails (sign-in links, purchase confirmations). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and content that violates our Terms.
• Improve renza based on aggregate usage patterns.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not train AI models on your prompts or generations.
• We do not use your generated images in marketing without explicit permission.
• We do not share your prompts publicly or with other users.

4. Third-party services we use

renza depends on a small number of trusted services. Each of them gets only the data needed to do its job.

• Image generation provider: receives your prompt to produce the image. Does not retain prompts after generation.
• Payment processor: handles purchases as a Merchant of Record. Subject to their own privacy terms.
• Email provider: delivers sign-in links and purchase receipts.
• Authentication via Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google". We receive your email, name, and profile photo.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, configured to anonymize IP addresses where supported.
• Hosting and storage: standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. How long we keep your data

Account data and generations are stored as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain it longer.

6. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and the associated data.
• Export your generation history.
• Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or an ad blocker.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get traffic. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the sign-in flow will not work without session cookies.

8. Children

renza is not intended for users under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify active users by email. Continued use of renza after changes constitutes acceptance.
