About the object remover

Object removal used to require careful manual masking in Photoshop's content-aware fill, and even then the result often had obvious patches or repeated textures. Modern image-edit models like Nano Banana handle the whole pipeline: they understand the scene semantically, identify what you want removed from your text description, and synthesise plausible content for the gap that matches the surrounding lighting and perspective. Common use cases include removing strangers from vacation photos, removing distracting background elements (lamp posts, parked cars, signs) from architecture and product shots, removing watermarks from your own previously-watermarked images, removing logos or text overlays, and removing ex-partners from photos you want to keep but not their face. The text-prompted approach is far easier than masking: instead of carefully tracing around the unwanted element, you just say 'remove the person on the left in the red jacket'.

Tips for best results

Things that meaningfully improve the output.

1

Be specific about what to remove

"Remove the man in the blue shirt on the right" works better than "remove the person". The model needs to know exactly which element you mean.

2

Mention what should be behind

Add a hint like "fill with grass" or "fill with continuation of the wall" to guide the model. Without a hint it will infer, but hints make results more reliable.

3

For watermarks, mention location

"Remove the watermark in the bottom-right corner" works much better than just "remove watermark". Watermarks can be subtle.

4

Multiple objects in one pass

You can list several things to remove in one prompt: "remove the car, the lamp post, and the sign". Faster than iterating.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to mask the object manually?

No. You describe what to remove in plain English. The model identifies it from your description. No masking or selection required.

How well does it handle large objects?

Surprisingly well. Even removing a large foreground person in a complex scene produces convincing results, as long as the photo has enough surrounding context to infer what should be there.

Can I remove watermarks?

Yes — only from photos you own or have the right to edit. Renza does not police what you remove, but you are responsible for respecting third-party copyrights.

How long does it take?

5–15 seconds.

Cost?

Around 5 credits per removal through Nano Banana. Credit packs from $4.99.
