FAQ
Is renza actually free, or is there a catch?
You get 3 free credits when you sign up, no credit card required. Each generation costs 1 credit on the default model. After the free 3, you can buy credit packs starting at $4.99 (50 credits, never expire) or keep using the cheap models that give you the most images per credit. We don't auto-charge, don't push subscriptions, and don't lock features behind a paywall beyond the credit balance.
What image model does renza use? Can I pick?
The default is Flux Schnell from Black Forest Labs, a fast and high-quality open-source diffusion model. We also support Flux Dev, Flux Pro 1.1, SDXL, Imagen 3, Ideogram, and GPT Image / Nano Banana. Each model has strengths: Flux Schnell is great for general use, Imagen 3 nails photorealism, Ideogram handles text-in-images, and GPT Image is best for premium quality. You pick the model from a dropdown before generating. Pricing varies from 1 credit (Flux Schnell) to 5 credits (GPT Image).
Can I use the images commercially, including selling them?
Yes. Any image you generate on renza is yours to use however you want, including commercial work, client deliverables, merchandise, print-on-demand, marketing materials, and resale. We don't claim ownership and don't watermark outputs. Restrictions: don't generate content depicting real, identifiable people without permission, and respect trademarks. Beyond that, no strings attached.
Where are my generated images stored? Can I delete them?
Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (a global object storage service) so they load fast from anywhere. Your prompts and image URLs are saved in your account so you can revisit past work. Nothing is shared publicly or with other users. You can delete your account at any time, which removes all your data including stored images. We don't sell data, don't train models on your prompts, and don't use generations for marketing without your permission.
How is renza different from Midjourney, DALL-E, or Krea?
renza is a focused wrapper around top-tier image models with curated styles and prompt templates. Instead of staring at a blank Discord prompt or fumbling with parameter knobs, you pick a category (logo, tattoo, etc.) and a style, and the prompt is already tuned. It's faster for users who know what they want but don't want to learn prompt engineering. We don't compete with Midjourney on raw quality. We compete on getting beginners to good results in 5 seconds instead of 5 hours.
Does renza work on mobile?
Yes. The site is fully responsive and the generator works in any modern mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Generated images can be saved directly to your camera roll on iOS and Android. We don't have a native app yet, but a Progressive Web App (PWA) version is on the roadmap for late 2026.
What aspect ratios are supported?
Square (1:1), landscape (16:9 and 4:3), and portrait (9:16 and 3:4). Each category has a default aspect ratio that fits its use case: logos and avatars are square, wallpapers and thumbnails are 16:9, tattoos and characters are 3:4. You can override the default if needed.
What if a generation comes out bad or not what I expected?
Image models are non-deterministic. Same prompt, two runs, different results. If the first try misses, tweak one detail (a new noun, a different mood word, a specific color) and run again. Most users land on something they like within 3 to 5 tries. If you burn credits on bad runs you regret, email us within 14 days and we'll refund unused credits.
