Quality setting
Default is JPEG quality 92 which is near-lossless. Drop to 80 if you also want smaller files.
Frequently asked questions
Is the conversion lossy?
HEIC → JPG is lossy by definition (JPEG is a lossy format). At quality 92 the loss is imperceptible.
Does my photo get uploaded?
No. The conversion runs in your browser. The file never leaves your device.
Can I convert hundreds at once?
Yes. Drop all the HEIC files into the upload area and they convert one by one in your browser. Practical limit is your computer memory.
What about HEIC to PNG?

Will iPhone Live Photos motion be preserved?
